Your pet portrait is hand drawn and saved for future orders.
• First order for a new pet? Select Add Pet Drawing from the listing options. This is a one-time artwork fee for each pet.
• Ordering multiple mugs with the same pet? You only need to add the Pet Drawing once. Your artwork can be used on multiple mugs in the same order.
• Already have a pet portrait from a previous order? Select Artwork on File from the listing options. No additional artwork fee is required.
• Ordering mugs for different pets? Please select Add Pet Drawing for each new pet.
How to Order
Upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your mug size and color, then select either Add Pet Drawing for a new pet or Artwork on File if we've already created your pet's portrait. Add your mug to the cart and complete your order.

Each mug is made to order and ships with tracking. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.
